| The Objectives of Project Work |
|
The Project work is an integrated learning experience that encourages students to break away from the compartmentalization of the different disciplines. It aims to provide students with opportunities to explore the inter-relationships and inter-connectedness of subject-specific knowledge.
The objectives of Project Work are to allow students to:
- Apply creative and critical thinking skills
- Develop a proto type or working model for the solution of a real-time problem
- Improve practical working skills
- Foster collaborative learning skills
- Develop self-directed inquiry and life-long learning skills
Key Features of Project-Work
| Key Features | Description |
| Interdisciplinary | Project Work provides a platform for students to apply the knowledge and skills acquired from different subjects. |
| Collaboration | Project Work encourages students to work in groups on a project task over an extended period of time. They clarify the task, plan their work, and share the responsibilities and work towards the successful completion of the project. |
| Oral Presentation | Project Work Provides students with opportunities to present their findings orally with an intended audience and purpose in mind. |
| Process and Product | Project Work focuses on both process and product. The process would include collaboration, gathering and processing of information. The product may be in any of the following forms: a working proto-type, model, a visual/graphic presentation of the work. |
| Just-in-time Skills Instruction | Project Work builds in just-in-time skills instruction by teachers to enable students to carry out their projects effectively. |
The Project work includes three elements: process, product and oral classroom presentation
Process
This stage includes the working file. The working file should include dated draft copies of pupils' work, a working log, work schedules and resources accessed and used.
Product
This involves the actual design and development of the end product or project proto type.
Oral Classroom Presentation / Viva-Voce
Required components in the oral classroom presentations/ Reviews / Vivas for all levels include:
- Background information on the topic
- Findings and conclusions
- Personal relevance
- Presentation skills
Students are encouraged to use a variety of presentation formats such as:
- a talk with visual aids
- conducting a class activity
- incorporating music
- showing a video
- presenting a PowerPoint presentation
- creating a website.

| STUDENTS TRAINING PROGRAM |
|
Students utilize our infrastructure, various Technology help from our engineers. An intensive training will be given for one week covering basic electronics, component identification, pcb design, circuit design, assembling, embedded software, matlab, mplab, VB, embedded c, hitech embedded tools, etc.,
Project assigned to students should complete it in a stipulated time.
Note: The amount will be charged only for hardware Kit that will be submitted to their colleges. An in plant training of one day will be given to students in any one of the leading industries to acquire knowledge of working environment in industries at free of cost. In house project will also be undertaken, That is we will visit your college, interact with your students, If they have any innovative ideas we can implement the same at your premises itself, We will give complete guidance, material procuring, fabrication jobs, modeling, assembling and testing.
